Delete your Tilt account

Tilt is made by the Tilt team, Bengaluru. Deleting your account is free and never needs Tilt+.

In the app (instant)

1. Open Tilt and go to the You tab.
2. Scroll to Your account and tap Delete my account.
3. Tap Yes, delete my account. You are signed out straight away.

Without the app

Email tiltdatingapp.info@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Tilt account”. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before we delete anything.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-in email or phone number and date of birth
• Your profile, photos, prompts, interests, preferences and Meet Window
• Your likes, matches, messages, date plans and invitations
• Your verification selfie and push notification tokens

Photos and selfies are removed from storage immediately or, at the latest, by an automatic clean-up within 24 hours.

What is kept, and for how long

• A record that an account was deleted, without your name or contact details.
• Records of safety reports and bans needed to protect other members, without your name or contact details, for as long as the law requires.
• Purchase records held by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies. Deleting Tilt does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in Google Play or App Store settings.
